Operating systems for small business
Most small businesses don't need another subscription to log into. They need the work done — the leads found, the quotes followed up, the invoices chased, the questions answered at 9pm. We build that as a system, run it on our infrastructure, and report it to your phone.
What it actually looks like
Not a dashboard you have to remember to open. The work happens, and you get told about it. This is the shape of a live one.
Everything marked needs you is deliberate. Money leaving the business and anything going out in your name is always approved by a human — yours. The rest it just does.
Three levels
Nobody buys the whole thing on day one, and we don't sell it that way. We solve the most expensive problem first. What you ask the system for next tells us what to build next.
For a business whose problem is knowing where to look and never getting round to following up.
Replaces: the hours you spend hunting for work and the follow-ups that never happened.
For a business that knows what needs doing and simply has nobody to do it.
Replaces: a coordinator or office admin you'd otherwise be paying for.
For an owner who wants the business to run without being the one holding it together.
Replaces: a back office. This is the one that changes what the business is worth.
Priced as a monthly retainer against the role it replaces, not per seat and not per click. We'll tell you which level you need on the first call — including when the honest answer is the cheapest one.
How it starts
Every engagement opens with a paid exploration phase, and the fee credits toward your first month. It exists because the fastest way to waste your money is to scope a build on assumptions.
The single most common reason these builds fail is that the system we need to read from can't actually be read from. We find that out first, not in week six.
Where the enquiries land, who answers them, who quotes, what gets forgotten, and what each of those costs you.
A rough version of the thing itself, running on your real data. Not a slide deck — something you can click.
What gets built, in what order, what it replaces, what it costs. If we can't deliver it, the fee still covers your first month and you keep the map.
Straight answers
"This isn't software. It's replacing part of a role you'd otherwise hire for."
How we think about every buildBuilt and running
We build our own products on the same stack we build yours on. These are live systems, not case studies written for a website.
Answers enquiries on social and messaging, works out table availability, allocates a table, confirms, reminds, and handles the reply when a guest cancels — with the venue's own guest records underneath rather than a booking platform's.
One brain across four businesses: a custom CRM, lead capture, email with real open and click tracking, chasing that runs on its own, daily reporting to a phone, and a generated state file so nothing in it is ever reported from memory.
We'd rather show you a working screen than a testimonial. Ask on the call and we'll open one.
Next step
One call. We'll ask what happens to an enquiry when it arrives, who chases a quote, and what gets forgotten — then tell you plainly whether there's something here worth building, and which level it is.
That didn't send. Please try again in a moment.
Your enquiry is in our system and we'll come back to you shortly. If it's urgent, say so when we call and we'll move.
